All in the Family at Natthai Restaurant
The restaurant business is a family tradition in Nim's family. Here's a picture of her brother-in-law, her sister Natthakul, her Mother and herself in the Wi's Family Restaurant in Pattaya, Thailand just before she moved to the United States. This was their second restaurant.
Nattawan Murphy, your Chef at Natthai Restaurant
Nattawan (or Nim) Murphy grew up in the Northeast part of Thailand and brings her love of traditional Thai food to Maine. Nim enrolled in private cooking classes in Thailand and worked at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel to perfect her craft both in the kitchen and dining room.
She moved to the United States and has been sharing her love of Thai food with Mainers since she arrived in 2009.
